Perfect Ending: Zero Mistakes for the Whole Shift
Perfect is the clean shift. IGN, BlueStacks, and CheatStation all say you need zero mistakes. Living through the night with a few errors is a different ending.
What zero mistakes means
A mistake is serving an anomaly, refusing a human customer, or failing a prompt such as the clown shutter or the Wendigo at the back door. The Inspector is the visible counter. If any of his phases appear, you have already left the Perfect path. I am not adding a hidden mistake type that no guide names.
The result these three guides describe is leaving the loop, not merely surviving until morning. Perfect Shift is also a badge from 23 Oct 2025 with 3,278,092 awards on the public badge list. A later badge, EXTREME PERFECT SHIFT!, asks for a perfect Story shift and then a perfect Extreme run. Fandom is the condition source for that second badge. I am not folding Extreme into the core Perfect ending.
How I would play the attempt
- Use both cameras and night vision before every order. Doubles and the night-vision dancer are the easy misses.
- Smiling Man still gets soda. The package stays closed. Opening it is Silence, which is not a mistake count, it is a different ending.
- At 2AM, leave by the back door and do not look back. Looking back is Erased, again a different ending, not a counted mistake toward Unstable.
- Internal Control is the recovery item if you slip, but using it means the shift was not clean. I would not buy it on a Perfect attempt.
Compare Unstable if you already have one to four mistakes, and the badge list for Perfect Shift versus Extreme.
Questions
Is surviving enough?
No. Survival with mistakes is Unstable. Perfect is zero mistakes.
Does the 2AM walk ruin Perfect?
Only if you look back, which is Erased. A clean walk is part of a clean shift.
What is Extreme Perfect?
A separate badge. Fandom says perfect Story, then perfect Extreme. It is not the core ending name.
