Neutralized Ending: Five Mistakes and the Inspector
Neutralized is the death ending. Five mistakes bring the Inspector fully out of the floor, and contact kills you. IGN, BlueStacks, and CheatStation use that count. Employee Neutralized is the same ending.
Five, then contact
The number five is the part I am willing to state. Earlier phases are warnings, not this ending. Fandom's phase art shows a last safe stage before he stands up. I do not have a public source that says phase 4 is already Neutralized. The ending is the contact after he is fully standing.
Erased from Reality is a badge with 42,490,849 awards. Fandom's condition for that badge is the Inspector coming out and killing you after too many mistakes. That lines up with Neutralized, but the badge name says Erased, which is also the name of the 2AM look-back ending. I am not merging the badge and the look-back ending. The badge text on Fandom is about the kill, not about the conveyor.
Internal Control at 5,000 is the item people buy to avoid this. Fandom says it drops him back to phase one. TechWiser says it clears mistakes only when he is close. I will not tell you which sentence is the one the shop actually performs. Corruption Deal is the other listed way to pass an inspection while mistakes remain, and that is a different purchase.
Phase art and the 2AM car are on the Inspector page. The look-back death is Erased, not this one.
Questions
Is Employee Neutralized different?
No. IGN and BlueStacks treat it as another name for Neutralized.
Does phase 3 already kill you?
No source I used says that. Contact at full height is the ending.
Which badge is this?
Fandom ties the kill to Erased from Reality. I am not calling that the 2AM Erased ending.
